Arnold Machine is a member of the Rockwell Automation PartnerNetwork® and a FANUC America Authorized System Integrator. We utilize Computer Aided Design (CAD), simulation software, Finite Element Analysis (FEA) software, electrical design software and control programming software to create finished designs. Our staff consists of expert engineers, manufacturers, programmers, electricians and machine tradesmen. We can build and customize virtually any type of automated equipment to meet specific needs.

Automated Assembly Systems
Our team designs machines specifically for repeatability and process control. All our systems are designed to limit component wear and adjustability so that over time, a machine can be adjusted to produce within its original parameters. With robotic integrations and conveyors, we can automate the entire process or bring it down to a one- or two-person operation depending on your needs and budget.
Automated and Robotic Spray and Adhesive Applications
Our spray systems can be automated for temperature control, rotation speed, spray time, fan and atomization pressure as well as gun positioning.
In 2020, Arnold Machine acquired Findlay Machine and Tool (FMT) parts washer line along with their engineers, techs and sales team. Combining their 30 years of parts washer experience with our 27 years of automation experience was a great match. In that short time, we have created fully custom and fully automated parts washing systems for a variety of applications. Automotive stamping and machining is a common application for our parts washers.
Clients typically approach Arnold Machine for a material handling system when they need to join multiple stations within their process together to transfer a piece of equipment from one station to the next. Our material handling systems are ideal for part movement, pick and place, walking beam transfer and robot transfer.

Our team can fully integrate AMR’s into automotive facilities for safer, smarter and more reliable transportation of components and parts through your facility. Designed to navigate using intelligent mapping, these flexible robots can be updated and rerouted with simple software changes instead of expensive facility upgrades (like automated guided vehicles).
