A Pass-Through Washer, also known as a tunnel or conveyor parts washer, is a cleaning system that allows parts to move continuously through a series of wash, rinse, and drying stages. Ideal for high-volume or in-line production, these machines eliminate bottlenecks in your cleaning process while ensuring consistent results.

Immersion Conveyor

Immersion conveyors allow parts to be conveyed into a combination of spray and immersion stages. The parts are conveyed by a flighted conveyor (parallel chain or plastic belting). The immersion stages allow the part to be submerged into a highly turbulated or ultrasonic bath. Immersion conveyors are great for final wash/precision cleaning and heavy-duty soil removal. The typical stage configuration is immersion wash, spray rinse, and blow-off.

Incline Belt

Incline belt washers allow parts to be immersed in wash solution prior to being spray washed and blown off. The incline belt washer offers a small footprint with fork pockets and optional casters for flexible use. Multiple units can be arranged in-line to allow for multiple stages (wash, rinse, etc.). Incline belt washers are great for small machined parts and hardware.
Monorail

Monorail systems are used in applications where parts can hang and are best suited for high-volume production / in-line cleaning applications. Arnold Machine can supply the monorail system or build a cleaning washer around your existing monorail system.
