Marketing Assistant 

Arnold Machine Inc., Tiffin, OH is a full-service designer and manufacturer of high quality, innovative automated equipment. Arnold Machine, Inc. is a team of experienced engineers and machine tradesmen that can design and build virtually any type of customized automated equipment. We are looking for a motivated, initiative-taker to manage the general marketing functions for the company while providing direct support to the marketing coordinator.

This is a part-time position, with the potential to become full-time. This position is onsite with no remote options. This position offers a dynamic working environment within a growing company and encourages personal growth.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with research, planning, and execution of marketing strategies and related company goals
  • Assist with social media (LinkedIn and TikTok) content creation and management
  • Creation and editing of content for web pages, blog posts, and case studies
  • Provide and adhere to the timelines of projects
  • Present project updates to the marketing coordinator
  • Ability to track projects efficiently and recognize required materials to complete the project in a timely manner
  • Conduct necessary research and efficiently generate effective solutions
  • Learn brand guidelines and comply with them
  • Assist in analyzing data to determine campaign efficiency
  • Ability to work independently while effectively coordinating work with team members.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with team members and clients.

Requirements

  • Obtained a degree in Marketing or Journalism/Communications OR obtained training(s)/certification(s) of Social Media Marketing, Inbound Marketing, Digital Marketing, ABM, or copywriting (HubSpot, CXL, MOZ, Google, or other marketing related trainings and certifications)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Desire to continuously learn and improve B2B marketing skills
  • Strong organizational skills including attention to detail, multi-tasking skills, prioritize tasks, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Adhere to the organizational structure for marketing documents
  • Positive attitude with the ability to adapt to change
  • Adobe suite knowledge a plus but not required particularly InDesign, Rush, or Illustrator
  • Short form video a plus but not required
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity of Ad Platforms, such as Google Ads, and Marketing Tools, such as Google Analytics, Hubspot SEO
