3-Stage Continuous Belt Washer

The Arnold Machine 3-Stage Continuous Belt Washer is a general-purpose washer suited for high-volume cleaning applications and multiple part sizes and geometries. The machine is ideal for inline production processes where cleaning is required between stages, or for final wash applications.

Our standard offering features a proven design of over 40 years with a stainless steel mesh belt available in 3 different widths and 2 different opening height options. The cycle consists of a heated wash stage, a heated rinse stage, and a heated, high-pressure blow-off stage. The stages are offered in various lengths determined by specific process requirements. Belt speed is adjustable via the touchscreen and can be programmed into a part-specific recipe

Options include automatic chemistry level monitoring and addition, oil removal systems for the wash and rinse tanks, a mist collector or exhaust fan, and a single-point drain if required. Standard machines are offered in various belt width and stage lengths options. Custom machine sizes and configurations are also available if needed.

HOW 3-STAGE CONTINUOUS BELT WASHERS WORK

The cleaning cycle is designed for thorough and efficient part washing in continuous production environments:

Pressurized Heated Wash: Removes contaminants with heated, high-pressure spray.
Pressurized Heated Rinse: Rinses away residual cleaning solution to ensure cleanliness.
