2-Stage Pallet Washer

The Arnold Machine 2-Stage Pallet Washer is specifically designed for high-volume plastic pallet washing and drying. The machine is ideal for pallet processing depots and able to be integrated in-line with other automated processes. The machine is well suited for robotic load and unload customization, which is also offered by Arnold Machine. The machine features a proven design of over 40 years with stainless-steel construction and proven components. The cycle consists of a heated, pressurized wash stage and an ambient, high-pressure blow-off stage. The stage lengths are belt speed specific to wash and dry up to 400 pallets per hour. The machine is designed for 40” x 48” x 6” tall plastic pallets, however, a longer length pallet or other transport dunnage could be cleaned in the system. The opening sizes are 8” tall x 42” wide.
