3-Stage Rotary Table Washer
The Arnold Machine 3-Stage Rotary Table Washer is a general-purpose washer suited for low-volume parts, batch cleaning, and multiple part sizes and geometries. The machine is ideal for large machined parts such as engine blocks, transmission housings, pump and gear housings, either in the initial manufacturing stage or in the remanufacturing industry.
The machine features a proven design of over 40 years with an open table and the ability to add custom fixtures for specific parts. The cycle consists of a timed heated wash cycle and a timed heated rinse cycle, both of which are supplemented by high-pressure spray heads. The drying stage features a high-pressure heated blower and a timed cycle to ensure parts are dried to the requirements of each cycle.
